Ushabti of Padi-imen-em-ipet

Ushabti di padi-Imen-em-ipet

The first fragment belongs to the upper half of a ushabti. Registering on multiple registers are read the first 3 and the fourth, but only in the rear, the front being abraded. The type of the statue is characterized by a tripartite wig, facial features well-defined, narrow identification of agricultural implements in the hands crossed on his chest and finally to the seed bag hanging on the right shoulder. The character which he belonged is well known, his tomb (TT33) is nell'Assassif and is impressive and well articulated. The kit is scattered in museums and private collections: statues, stelae, offering tables, and numerous surveys ushabti for whom it refers to the extensive bibliography, though they are all united by the common use of stone, a heavy figure, lack of false beard and the fact they are often fragmented. The statue shows the title of reader head, but other documentation of this character that we had other prestigious titles.
The other piece is a foot that has 4 records ushabti legible inscription, probably integrated with the 433 in Naples.
The last fragment is not shown which keeps a bust of entry in three registers along their entire length and has a note attached with the signature of the professor. Scamuzzi.
Many relics of the tomb of this character are known.
