Ushabti of Seti I |
Ushabti of Seti I
The statue is covered with a layer of bitumen, which makes it less obvious details and registration, in which, however, clearly distinguish the scrolls of Seti I. The setting is mummiform with tripartite wig on his head and hands, shaking a fist, crossed over his chest. The ushabti of SetiI were found in his tomb by Giovanni Belzoni. Comparisons are numerous, since this type of ushabti there are many specimens in collections around the world.
