Pitcher and basin

Pitcher and basin

Jug and basin ewers. The simple and elegant profile of the pitcher, the curved shape that pours that can also perform the function of a handle, as shown by the coverage of the first part of the canal basin and no less surprising the flared shape obtained in a single plate make a deep impression. One could say from modern design also the functional planning of the introduction of the jug into the basin. Compared to the representations of these objects we can assume  the cover of the pitcher was lost.
